Poderiam me ajudar com a situação abaixo? Meu relatório apresenta a informação mais relevante como um cabeçalho. Eu preciso transformar esse cabeçalho uma coluna. 

É possível?

In edit query, you have the options to remove and even make the first row has row as a header. But looking at the data you need to some clean up in power bi.
