Transform Several Columns to One Collum - Something Like Pivot Table

Hey, guys!

I have a table with several processes and these processes can have more than one error. On PBI, I create all this errors columns using DAX because I have to do some validations, but when I need to put on a visual, I have to show as table 2 in the screenshot below. That is, I have to create a column that shows all errors that happened with each process.

Any of you know how I can do this? I have no idea.

Thanks in advance

@Anonymous Generally you would unpivot those columns in Power Query. There is a way to do it with DAX though:
