Transform Rows to Column with based on a reference

Hi,

I import data from a sql server, and the information retrive is the following table.

I want to know and check the 3 levels of name of documents based on a key that exists between the documents.

And i want to see this in a rows not a column.

After that I can add a column with a validation, if a have a 3 levels, it's ok. (i have a order, a delivery and a invoice).

if i have a order but not a delivery or not a invoice, it´s not ok.

I need help please.

you might consider creating pbix file that will contain some sample data (remove the confidential info), upload the pbix to onedrive for business and share the link to the file. that will be easy for us to repro your issue.

User Power Query:
Split the query into two queries and use "Merge Queries" to join the two queries.

Hi @ruinaldo ,

you have to join using two columns (Key & Product).

Press CTRL when selecting the columns.
