Transferring a chart cross filter into a slicer

Hi,

I am looking for a way of transfering chart cross filtering into a slicer on a page. I cannot think of a way to do this within power BI but was hoping someone could help/clarify. The below screenshots clarify what I mean.

We start with the base report:

We then use the left hand bar chart to cross filter the column chart:

What I would like to do, is then somehow automatically move that cross filtering into the top level slicer as shown:

Any help/ideas much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, @Anonymous

Based on description, you may try to use 'Attribtue Slicer' from marketplace. It may help, but it can't be used as a sync slicer.

Here is my sample data for testing.

Not sure I got it completely. In Edit Interaction in format. There two option. Filter or Show filled bars.

Hi @amitchandak . Not this isn't about filtering/ highlighting, its about if I can actually somehow transfer the cross filtering from the bar chart into the above slicer.

This would then allow me to toggle between different charts but allow me to have the whole report page filtered to Russia.

Apologies if this is unclear, it is a slightly odd requirment (and I doubt the functionality exists).
