I have this table:
And I've attempted to create a formula that calculates the trailing 12 month average for the net promoter score, but I think it's just doing a normal average. Here is that formula:
Which in turn gives me this graph:
This seems like it could be correct, but how do I ensure it's calculating trailing 12 month average and not just the average?

2018-02 monthly average of 2017-03 to 2018-02
2018-03 monthly average of 2017-04 to 2018-03
... ...
3. What's in the x-axis? Year or year-month?
4. I guess your result is incorrect.
