Hi all,
I have an issue showing performance.
We have some customers where we have worked to increase our margins (cm).
OI Base: Shows our revenue before we changed "settings" to improve margins
Contr Base: Shows our contribution before we changed "settings"
CM Base: Shows our Margins before we changed "settings".
OI change: Revenue after new settings
Contr change: Contributions after new settings
CM Change: Margins after new settings
CMDiff: Difference between the 2 CMs
ExtraEarnings: OI Change * CM Diff
As you can see for each individual customer our Margins is better and "extra earnings" is positive for each.
However for totals (as our Revenue mix has changed between the customers) it is negative numbers.
I would like to just show 7776 + 922 as "extra earnings". but because the mix has changed, the totals are looking worse.

Hi @PeterStuhr ,
For the Extra Earnings you need to do a similar measure to this:
ExtraEarnings =
IF (
HASONEVALUE ( Table[Company] ),
[OI Change] * [CMDiff],
SUMX ( ALLSELECTED ( Table[Company] ), [OI Change] * [CMDiff] )
)
