Total rows in export to csv is different from total in Power BI

I've created a report that.

The total of the result is 609.

I've exported the data to csv (Excel).

If I open the csv the total of rows is 608.

What am I doing wrong?

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Sorry for the delay, I've uploaded a file with simular behavior.

In Power BI I see 701 results. In the export file I only see 677 results.

If I publish the the report and the export the file to Excel I also get 677 results.

I hope you can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks in advance!
