Total not matching on Matrix report

2019-01-15_16h20_39.pngThe

Member Transaction column total is not adding up on this matrix report , I also have few filter on this report and here is the code I'm using for MemberTransaction:=

Calculate(DISTINCTCOUNT('Fact Sales'[Transaction Number] ),
FILTER (
('Fact Sales'),
'Fact Sales'[Loyalty Flag] = "Y"
)
)
The detail level values are correct but the total isn't adding up with all the detail values, it should 651 but I get 648. Why is it off, any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi  @Anonymous

It's hard to tell like this but I would guess it has to do with the DISTINCTCOUNT. Maybe a transaction number comes up in Portland, Richmond, ... and is distinct at that level but at the higher level "C" those duplicates are counted as 1.

Yes, You are right. At the higher Level there were few duplicate numbers that why total was off. I created a distinct count over couple of columns and this fixed the issue I had. Thanks for your time.
