Total is coming less

Hi,

i have the following data where serviceID is from Table Service and Ticket with ServiceID Mapping in another table.

Ticket     Status

T1           P

T2           P

T3           R

T4           R

T5           P

ServiceID    

S1                 

S1                 

S1                 

S2                 

S2                 

when i do summary by services count in matrix i get like this

Status    CountOfTicket

-------     ----------------

P             3

R             2

---------------------------

total        2

but i want to get result as 5 instead of 2.

Hi 

I don’t understand clearly what do you mean by saying “do summary by services count” and how Ticket with ServiceID Mapping.

Based on my understanding, with the dataset below, I create a measure and get the total a result as 5 in a Matrix.

measure =
CALCULATE ( COUNT ( Sheet1[Ticket ] ), ALLEXCEPT ( Sheet1, Sheet1[Status] ) )

If my understanding is not right, please point out the correct way for me at your convenience.
