Hi!
I created two measures to assess new vs return customers, and for some reason, the total for return customers is not visible.
Do you know where the error may lie?
Thanks!

Hi @solesken ,
check this out.
Remember that the total is not the sum of the rows, but the result of the measure calculation without a row filter.
In this case at the monthly level and in the sample data there was no customer activity before December.
You may download my PBIX file from here.
Hope this helps.

Hi @solesken
You might consider creating pbix file that will contain some sample data (remove the confidential info), upload the pbix to onedrive or dropbox and share the link to the file. Please do not forget to describe the expected results based on this sample data.
Hi @solesken ,
could you post your DAX for the "Returning Customers"?

Hi @mwegener and @v-diye-msft - thank you for your response! Please find attached a sample pbix file. I would appreciate any insight into what changes I need to make to get the analysis right!
Note: in the pbix file I have shared, you will notice a new errror with "New Customers". While the total shows the correct amount (= 192), it's not calculating the numbers properly by date.
Thanks,
Sol
