Total does not add distinct customers

Good day 

Currently I have brought in CustomerID and doing a distinct count ,but I am getting the incorrect total

Campaign Name     Distinct CustomerID
A                              20

B                              30
C                              50
Total                        90

Is there any way I can get the total 100 which is a count of all the rows ?
