Total Count with Missing Information

I have a weird question - I pull data from a program that holds all of our guest data.

I have a column that finds errors in time entries so a report can be pulled so they get fixed and it can total the # of errors

Column is this: Time Error = if (endtime < starttime),1,0

The next day, the corrections are downloaded and the error is gone.

The problem is the error count goes down after the error is fixed. We do not have a date field that I can compare against and do not have the ability to add one.

What I would like to do is keep a total of how many errors there are in a given day/month so we can work on reducing that number.

Is there a way to keep a row marked as had error so I can get an accurate count of how many errors there were even after it has changed?

What I would look at in your case would be to have a PowerApp tied to a SharePoint list or database or something and put that in your report. You could use that to enter the errors for the day and store it in your SharePoint list or database as a row. Then you could just pull that additional data source into your report.
