Total Column not working

I created a formula, see below, it looks to be working fine on a row but not when i look at the totals column.

HardwareCostAmount = SUMX(VALUES(tMobileRevenue[TotalBilled]), DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(tMobileRevenue[TotalBilled])*.95,tMobileRevenue[ChargeType]="XQ"),SUM(tMobileRevenue[ContractTerm])) + DIVIDE(CALCULATE(SUM(tMobileRevenue[TotalBilled]),tMobileRevenue[ChargeType]="XK")*.5,SUM(tMobileRevenue[ContractTerm])))+0
