Total COST by START MONTH, if the FINISH DATE is AFTER the START MONTH

With this problem, I am a bit overwhelmed with my little DAX knowledge and hope that someone here can give me a solution approach.

I do have the request from my colleagues to show the cost by month based on the start date but not finishing in that month.

I am looking for a measure that summarizes the cost on the StartDate month where the FinishDate is after the StartDate month

This is how the data look like

The result should look like this

Many thanks in advance
