TopN and Rankings

I am trying to pull out the Customer who entered the most complaints over the last year. Here is my DAX:

Top Ranked Ticketer = CALCULATE(SELECTEDVALUE(Sheet1[Customer Display Name]),
        TOPN(1, All('Sheet1'), [Total Tickets], DESC))

The Customer Display Name is the name I want to display for the individual who has registered the most complaints. Tickets are a value of 1. The Total Tickets Dax is:

Total Tickets = SUM(Sheet1[Tickets])

When I try to pull up a Card of the My Top Ranked Ticket, I get a blank. Should my Total Tickets be a Count? ASC?

try with following

Top Ranked Ticketer =
MAXX (
    TOPN ( 1, VALUES ( 'Sheet1'[Customer Display Name] ), [Total Tickets], DESC ),
    [Customer Display Name]
)
