TopN Tiebreakers

I want to rank the top 10 players across 4 metrics but sometimes i run into an issue where multiple players are tied...so rather than getting a top 10, I get a much higher result (i.e. Top 30 or Top 50). I also have a top player points card that seems to be taking that top 1 player (and if that top 1 player has a 10-way tie, it's multiplying it by the total # of players.

What I'm looking for is to break the tie based on alphabetical order of the player name for both visuals above.   I've tried multiple things using Rankx to no avail so i deleted the metrics to start fresh.  Attached the link below to the before and after of what i'm looking for, in addition to the PBI file w/the sample data.

If anyone can assist, this would be a huge help!
