I have request to show Top 5 clients based on sales and group everyone else under Others.
This i found can be done with combination of RANKX and adding another category coloumn , or simply using the new Top N on the charts.
But there is also a request to allow a user to double click on the Others group that will be say in a Bar Chart, and now it will show the top 4 in the Others and the rest will become the others.
So in other words as if when a user clicks on the Others he removes the current top 4 and a new top 4 is shown.
Is this something possible ?
Hi @ame54,
The "Others" group is dynamic. And the new sorting will depend on it. It's a little complicated. Could you please post a sample here? (a dummy is enough). We could find a solution or a workaround.
Best Regards!

So lets say for example we have this bar chart showing Top 3 Sales regions
The user wants to press on Others bar, and now instead of seeing regions {A, B, C, Others} he should see {D, E, F, Others}
Others here is the sum of the regions not in the top 3
