I am trying to display top 3 average performances for the year in a clustered column chart. My visual level filter is that they should have worked more than 100 hours during the entire year. The data in the table is on a monthly basis.
The top 3 works perfect if all the three performers have worked over 100 hours, however if any one of the performer has worked less than 100 hours, the chart does not show the next performer in the table. In one of the cases, the third performer has worked less that 100 hours, so the visual just shows top 2 performers. What can I do to show exactly top 3 performers who have worked over 100 hours?

Thank you @parry2k for the solution. Is there an easier way to do this? I have 3 other metric based charts on which I have to rank people. Using this solution I will have to create total 8 new measures.
Hi @parry2k,
Below is the link to sample dashboard with a subset of data:
For year 2018, the chart shows just 2 values with hours worked filter applied while without the filter it shows 3 values.
