hello everyone, I hope someone can help
I am trying to create a chart that shows the top 5 categories of delivery performance, as the rest are irrelevant I want to show them as "Other". I dont want to discard them, I just want to show the less important categories in a single category called "Other". Does anyone know how to do that?
Hi @ledemon ,
See if this thread helps you.https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Pie-Chart-Top-5-Rest-named-Other/m-p/737504
If not, please share sample data and DAX formula or sample pbix.(Please mask any sensitive data before uploading)

Not much to go on. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490
But, if you create a table via maybe SUMMARIZE or GROUPBY and then ADDCOLUMNS using RANKX you could create a measure that displayed the top 5 but for everything > 5 just aggregated them.
