I have a table of projects and I would like to do a table where it only shows the 3 largers projects by dollor for that given month.
in the below example I want a measure that only shows me the projects where the are the top 3 projects that month and reset are removed.

After my research, you could do these like below:
Step 1:
Add a Rank measure
Rank = RANKX(ALLSELECTED(Table2[Itme]),CALCULATE(SUM(Table2[Qty])))
Step 2:
Select matrix and drag [Rank] into visual level filters
And set rank filter like below
Result:
