Top 10 is Showing Top 15

I created a bar chart and I want to show my top ten.  I used the filter (please screen shot below), but I end up with 15 items in my chart instead of 10.  What am I doing wrong?

Create a table visual and place in it the metric your scoring in 1 column and the rank in another.  This should highlight what is going wrong.

I see what you mean!  It turns out I have a few situations where there are 2-way and 3-way ties.  I'll note that in my viz.  Thank you very much!!!
