Top 10 and others

Hi,

I have data like this

ClientSales
A100
B20
C40
D50
E60
F10
G5

I want to show top 3 customers and group the rest into others.

I have created rank measure like this

RANKX (
        ALLSELECTED (Table[Client] ),
        CALCULATE ( Sum[Sales] ) ),
        ,
        DESC,
        DENSE
    )

but not able to get the final output.

How do I achieve that?
