I need change the format of the date of tooltip Graphic Gantt 1.14.3, of pattern USA for the pattern BRA.

Is it a possible? Follow the print screen with the information.

Could have tried modify the 'Regional Settings' in File -> Options and settings -> Options -> Regional Settings?
