Tooltip not getting refreshed

Hi All,

Tootip is not getting refreshed , when no data in the area chart.

It holds the last tooltip, if the area chart is blank on filter selection. Please see the screeshot below.

This is happening only when i publish report and not on my PBI desktop.

It seems to be PBI tool issue.

Any solution / work around for this. Thanks a lot

@Anonymous can't seem to replicate your issue. maybe it is only for specific visual you're using. i have tested this on column chart and it wasn't an issue. i would suggest change visual type and submit it as a bug here.

Can you please try with the Area chart and use slicer on your report. Once your area chart is blank for any specific selection with slicer , you can see the issue. 

As per the business requirement , i cant' change the chart type:) .. Please let me know if you still can't replicate. Thanks

The fix has been completed and will be rolled out with the normal releases by the end of September.

I reproduced your issue. It holds the last tooltip, if there is no data on the Area chart with filter selection on Power BI Service. We will report this issue internally.
