Tool Tips not available under Page Information

I wanted to set a page as a tooltip 

I created a new Page

In Format under Page information there is supposed to be a tool tip setting that you can turn on but I dont have this

Could it be that its somewhere else now?

It should be still there.

Can you send screenshot of what all you see under "page Information" ?

How odd, All sorted. I can now see Tooltip. Im wondering if I was trying to do it over a custom visual that didnt have this enabled?
