Tool Tip in Network navigator

I am using a Network Navigator Visualization in one of my dashboards. I want to see the details of Source and Target nodes along with the connection details using a tool-tip but as of now I am not able to see it. 

 

How can I incorporate tool tip within my network navigator report.
