Hi everyone,
I have a report which needs to toggle between two dates, e.g. Order date and delivery date
The report already uses switches to switch between measures similar to the example below
But I cannot use this for the dates, what I want to do is to set a slicer which selects a reporting format for the dates (i.e. selects between the two different dates) then use that date for all the visualisations on the page
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
thank you
Hi,
If you want a slicer where a user should be able to select between the 'Type of Date' i.e. Order Date and Delivery Date, then there should be a 'Type of Date' column in your base dataset which should have only two entries - Order Date and Delivery Date. The Date column should then be related to the Date column of your Calendar Table.
