Toggle Data with a slicer for a Matrix

Hi All,

I have this matrix that I would like to add a slicer on the right so the user can toggle between RVU Work and Charge Count being visible in the visualizations.

I have read this post but it is too high level for me to understand how to actually get it into a slicer.

Can anyone elaborate and explain in more step by step instructions?

TIA

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you provide sample data, I can also help you with the implementation.

Hi @Anonymous ,

In the attachment you will find the adapted report.

In the first step, I created a table with the Measure choices.

Then I set up a toggle slicer.

Finally, a measure that returns the desired measure calculation depending on the selection.

Okay this is a great start, is there a way to also give the option in the slicer to have both still display? and also can it still display the column title for RVU Work or Charge Count?

You can also drag the measure labels into the columns and then drill down to the columns. The slicer should then be reset to multiple selection.

Okay perfect, that worked

is there a way to also give the option in the slicer to have both still display?

Do you mean the show "select all" option?

I think another possibility does not exist....

Exactly, I would like for the user to be able to select all, Just RVU work, or Just Charge Count. Is that possible?
