Today and Previous day DAX help

Hi All,

The below is my data. I nned to create Total Starts today by hour and Average for the previous day.

I need to create below today and prior in Power BI and display as a line graph. Today=SUMIFS(H:H,A:A,$M$4,J:J,TRUE,C:C,L10,G:G,$M$6)

Prior=AVERAGEIFS(V:V,R:R,$M$4,S:S,L10,T:T,$M$6)

Please help,
