in Line Chart visualization, I have change X axis Type to Categorical ,even then its not showing in dots.

Hi @atul9063,

Looking at you data you should be abble to place the fields on the line chart:

  • Axis - Date
  • Legend - Legend
  • Values - Value

Then go to Shapes and turn on the Customize series and edit the markers and lines.

Check the PBIX file attach.

Hi @atul9063,

This option is not related with the type of axis but with the line options.

Go to the format options of the line chart:

  • Shapes
  • Stroke With = 0
  • Show Marker On

This wil give only the dots on the chart.

@MFelixI m not able to see Show Marker option in Line Chart

Hi @atul9063,

What version of PBI you have? And the setup you present on the image is the one for your chart or do you have any additional information on the chart like measures, hierarchy, ...?

To check it try to create a line chart from scratch and then check if the option show marker appears.
