Hi All,
i have created a date hierarchy for month and week starting march 2019. However, the month gerts displayed in April, June, march, May instead of June, May, April , march. The month and week are created throuigh a lookup function from another table.
Sorting the table does not give the desired result , either.
Thanks,
Try making a column that gives the date field you're using something numerical that you can sort on (i.e. this month is 201906), then telling your hierarchy to sort by that. That said, I can't see on your screenshot that you're doing anything that isn't available out of the box, so why not use the automatic hierarchy that gets produced?
Thanks,
The automatic date hierarchy on "Order Date" here does not have week. Thetable I am trying to build requires month and week.
I did create a numeric date key and sorted it. Should I add this field to the table on the report , since prior sorting does not change the result.
