I give a tip
1- Rename a .pbix file to .zip
2- Extract content and go to Report/Layout
3- Identify the init of a page, looks like this, ({"name":"ReportSection","displayName":"Page Name") and the end }, and copy
4- Change the ReportSection name, for example ReportSection1, ReportSection2 and the Page Name.
5- Zip all files
6- Rename to .pbix
7- Enjoy

In PBI Desktop, to get a duplicate page you can also simply CTRL-A/CTRL-C to select all of the elements on the page and copy them, create a new page, and paste the items into the newly created page.
