Hi,
I have connected power bi with outlook through Microsoft Exchange Online. The connections works great!!
I have a problem when i renew the powerbi dashboard it renews all the data up to 2012 and it is very slow to renew each time. How can i fix this problem i just want the data of incoming emails.

You need to do some filter for your dataset in Edit Queries.
or If you have Premium license, you could try Incremental refresh in Power BI Premium.

i only have powerbi pro. Filter in the dataset in edit queries do you have an exsample like a screen shot so i understand it beter thank you very much @v-lili6-msft

To deduce the dataset, you could filter useless data and column, optimize your data model, etc.
