I have several years of data collected at half-hourly intervals. I wish to compare (for example) all the half-hourly data for January 1st 2018 with January 1st 2017 in a graph, overlaying one day's data over the other, at the half-hour level, i.e. not summed for the day.
The two dates need not be infinitely variable with respect to each other - sticking to this year / last year would be OK.
I haven't been able to do this with time intelligence functions as this can only drill down to Date level.
I would welcome any suggestions.
Thanks
Sample data below:
Interval End | Energy kWh |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 00:30 | 212.93 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 01:00 | 219.30 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 01:30 | 204.80 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 02:00 | 204.86 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 02:30 | 203.87 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 03:00 | 203.74 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 03:30 | 199.17 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 04:00 | 183.71 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 04:30 | 182.40 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 05:00 | 190.02 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 05:30 | 225.92 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 06:00 | 251.01 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 06:30 | 272.35 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 07:00 | 276.90 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 07:30 | 252.19 |
Thu 01 Jan 2015 08:00 | 246.66 |
Ideally I would like to compare the individual data points (i.e. not summed) across time periods, e.g. Jan-2018 with Jan-2017, or week1-2017 with week1-2018, etc, etc.
