Time/Calendar - show active alarms during 10 minute period

Hi,

I two tables, with Table 1 having one time column showing 10 minute average values. Table 2 however, shows an alarm log, with time on & time off columns. These are irregular (ie Timeon = 29/07/2020 15:47:55, timeoff = 30/07/2020 14:33:20).

My aim would be to show a list of any alarms active from Table 1 during a selected ten minute period in Table 1. Any ideas?

@alanmccarthy - Seems like a variation on Open Tickets - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/Open-Tickets/m-p/409364#M147

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Hi Greg,

Thanks for the answer - its a similar problem, but i think the Open Tickets just counts the open items, rather than providing an actual list from the Alarm Log table

Hi @alanmccarthy ,

If you still can't get the results, please share the sample data and what you want. We can solve it quickly.

You can probably take the code for Open Tickets, but instead of a measure create a Calculated Table.  Your RETURN statement would be the code that creates tmpTable1 (GROUPBY...).

Hope this helps
