Hello,
Can someone help me please with the following issue. I want to calculate how much time it takes to resolve a ticket for our service desk. I already made a table with the resolvingtime but that includes weekends and holidays aswell. I dont have a clue how to filter these. Since I am new to Power BI as an intern I am struggling with this issue. I have tried various of thing put cannot pull it of some way or another.
In the picture below you see a screenshot of my desktop and the first 2 columns are the opening en end time of a ticket. If someone thinks he can help me I will send u my .pbix file and I will be very greatfull.
Kind regards,
Shahbaaz
This article will handle weekends, emulating NetWorkDays in Excel. You'd need to add some additional logic to it for holidays, which is different for every country, region, and even company. I use a custom table that lists our holidays.
Is that enough to get you started in the right direction?
