Ticket Raised time and Initiated Time Dax

Hi All,

I have one requirement. I have ticket raised time and ticket initiated time columns.

Ex: Ticket raised on time is 6:00 AM support team will Initiated that ticket time is 9:00 AM actual we need to show this staus is "yes" but in database it is showing no. Support team working hours 9: 00 AM to 6:00 PM. 

How to show "yes" using the above timings. Could please suggest any DAX. Thanks in advance.

if you are only worried about system time 

if(timevalue(now()) >= time(9,0,0) && timevalue(now())  < (18,0,0) ,"Yes", "No" )

you can add conditions
