Thin report looses connection to the dataset when open for some time in Power BI Desktop

I'm using a thin report, and if I have it open and come back to it after a while I almost always get a grey box on a visiual with the message 

 

"Could't load the data for this visual

No se pudo conectar a la URL "https://api.powerbi.com" al intentar realizar una llamada a la resolución de clúster"

 

and the details look like this:

What's your data source, Excel or Analysis Service or other? Can you please share more details to help us clarify your scenario?
