The mystery of accessing Postgre via Personal gateway

Please, help power friends

I just can't make Personal Gateway validate my credential on a POSTGRE database and a Power BI application on the same machine with the same credential can do it with any problems. What could be the problem?
I've installed the Npgsql-4.0.6 client and everything worked fine until 15 days ago. This Personal Gateway works fine with SQL Server and Excel files.

Follow the error message:

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions'Ocultar detalhes

It seems that it don't work suddenly, what error information did you get when the gateway don't work. In addition, if you uninstall and re-install Npgsql to see whether it work or not. Or you could delete the datasource in gateway and re-configure it to see whether it work or not.

I've tried uninstall and intall Npgsql and delete the datasource and reconfigure a new one , but nothing worked.

I put the error message on my initial post.
