Help me, please.
Thanks in advance!
Go to Solution.
Can you open https://www.bing.com/maps/?
Try open cmd, input "ping bing.com".
If you can see time, you can reach bing.com. The smaller the time, the better the connection.

Help me please!
I loaded the training example Supplier-Quality-Analysis-Sample-PBIX" and map is not running (The Internet turn on).
Here is the screenshot:
Please check these below:
1. Are there proper relationships among the three tables?
2. What is the data of the column "plant"? Does it have the right values of locations for a map? Could you please provide a sample?
1) Yes, there are proper relationships among the three tables.
2) The data of the column "plant" have values of locations for a map.
I found this example on the official site microsoft rus:
I have this problem with any example, with any maps. Perhaps the problem is due to connecting to BING? I do not know.
Your sample works great. Please check if you can connect to Bing map. The Data Category of plant should be "Address", which aren't city names.
BTW, I hope your data isn't confidential. Your link is available to the whole Internet.
Tell me please how to check connection with BING? I think it's about this.
I think you should contact your IT admins for professional advices. Some suggestions:
1. Open the page of Bing map: https://www.bing.com/maps/;
2. Ping bing.com in CMD or PowerShell.
Oh) I have not any IT admins. I am an individual, I do not work for company.
But I am grateful for your help!
My pleasure! How about your issue now?
Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem.I'm sure that the problem is to connecting to Bing. But I do not know how to check the connection.
