The difference between Two percentage columns and find the difference in percentage

Hello , 

Kindly assist me in this issue I have two percentage columns merged from another sheet I want the outcome comparing how much different the first column from the first sheet different from the other and I need it by percentage

Diff =
VAR Difference = a0% - Sheet3.A0%

RETURN
Difference

or percentage increase/decrease

Diff% =
VAR Difference = a0% - Sheet3.A0%

RETURN
DIVIDE(Difference , a0%)

Replace for example a0% with your data path
