The bases are not updated

Hello everyone

I need your help! I have three bases. The first two bases if loaded when you put update and the third (weekly base2020 36-43) gets stuck at 61.2 mb, I have tried several times, when it reaches that number does not advance any further. Does anyone know what might be going on?

Does it work? Maybe also increase the max cache under clear cache.

Try to clear cache in the report and see if it helps

- Click on File menu from Top bar and Click on Options and Settings > Option.

- Click on "Data Load".

- Click on Clear cache.
