The X-axis options do not show the Type option for Dates

Hi,

I am trying to make a scatter plot with dates on the X-axis. For this I use a simple table with dates and next to it the numbers I like to plot. However if I do this I get a scrolling bar which I don't want. I have read that this is fixed in the X-axis options by changing the Type to Continuous. Unfortunately the Type option is not there. Any Ideas on how to have it show me this option? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Scatter chat does not have the “Type” option, and it defaults to the “Categorical” type.
so if you want to realize the effect, you need to consider other methods.
But in fact, there is no particularly effective way.

Maybe you can do like this:

After do like this, Maybe we still need to stretch the chat enough.

If this’s not what you want, you can submit your idea to Power BI Ideas.
