The Publication an update sometimes is very slow

It happens to me sometimes that the publication of a PBI project is very slow. Other times it's very fast. What is it? Also the planned update. thanks

Based on my research, the publication is related with the size of your pbix file and your network speed, you could also try to use PBI Sevice to get your pbix file:
