Hello all,
when I click on a customer in a graph visualization all of my visuals (except the graph) give me this error: The Dataset 'DS0' contains a filter with too many values. The maximum number of valus in an in filter operator is 30000.
this is only happening with specific customers so I am lost on what could cause it since its not always happening.
Any ideas on what could cause this error only for some customers?
Thank you!

Hi @FatBlackCat30 ,
You have touched data-point limits for visuals. For power bi visuals, it can get up to 30,000 but it is up to the visual authors to indicate what strategies to use. The default limit is 1,000 but the visual creator can change that, up to a maximum of 30,000. For more details, please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-data-points
Please try to add filter to decrease data-point show in visuals.

@FatBlackCat30 , which visual is this. In a few visuals, you have the option of data volume to change no of data points you can have. Others you do not have. I have used Rank/TOPN to control no of record I was showing in visual.
@amitchandak line chart, pie chart, clustered column, table, multi row chart, card, and filters. Its strange, the error is happening when I click on a customer within a table visual. However its only happening with customers that have all zeros for data

@FatBlackCat30 Is this the little blue "i" icon that appears in visuals with too much data?
@Greg_Deckler all the visuals go gray and show a X with a circle around it. Under that a message shows "Can't display the visual. See details. I noticed it only happens on the customers with all zeros for data
