Text filter for exact match only

I would like to use text filter visual to filter my data in table. The data of all row should not be visibile to all so we have created a activation code against each row. I would like my user to input activatin code into search box and if that code is exact match only in that case data in table or other visual should poplulate. But right now if i type in search box even a single charachter and press search (or enter); matching all result are shown. Which i dont want.

Is there any way we can control the minimum lenght of search word in this visual or any other visual?

Please see the attached image for the refrence.

PS: I have tried Role based(row level security), but that will increase a lot of cost.

Thanks, in Advance

Re: Text filter for exact match only

@kulchandra,

Try to drag measure below to Visual level filters and set Show items when the value is not blank.

Measure =
CALCULATE (
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table1[activation code] ),
    ALLSELECTED ( Table1[activation code] )
)

Re: Text filter for exact match only

@v-chuncz-msft

This is not working. What i wanted is in (Step 1) when user type in search box, search should only work when minimum lenth of search box is eg. 4 character. if typed word less then 4 character then search should not be performed. So that result table will show only single value. Right now resutl table is showing 2 rows.  Culd you please check below screenshot?

@sayli Nope. I shall use Row level security feature instead.
