Text field to show the selected filters

How could I show what multiple filters are selected on a report page?

I have used 2 fields as filters. The first one is Data Subject and the second one is Request Types. My current formula only shows the selected filters from Request Types. How can I also get the filters selected from Data Subject in the same formula?

Filters Selected =
IF (
    ISFILTERED ( 'DSAR Log'[Request Types] ),
    CONCATENATEX ( FILTERS ( 'DSAR Log'[Request Types]  ), 'DSAR Log'[Request Types] , ", " ),
    "ALL"
)

This article is a pretty good guide, and shows how you can use DAX Studio to create the measure:
https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/displaying-filter-context-in-power-bi-tooltips/

Essentially it amounts to repeating code similar to your existing code for every column, with some extra bells and whistles. You should be able to adapt this to your needs.
