Text field in tooltips

Hello,

I have a requirement in which I have to display a tooltip on the bar graph based on the date range.

I have a table which contains the text info for a date range as below.

6/26-7/02	ABC
7/03-7/09	DEF
7/10-7/16	QWE

I am able to display the tooltip by using IF condition etc but hovering on the graph its showing as First<ColumnName>.

I want the tooltip to be dsiplayed with <ColumnName>

Please suggest any solutions.

In a chart visual, the field you put in "Tooltips" must aggregate on the Axis category level, even there's one-to-one mapping between Tooltips field and Axis field.

For text type field, you can only aggregate in First, Last, Count. However, it can't avoid showing "First" or "Last" when you hover the column. Please submit a feature request on idea.
