Hey guys, is it possible to save temporary data in power bi? let me explain:
I need to make a budget for a customer in a kind of "what-if dashboard", using the database of items and their respective prices. however, I need to add several products, so I would like to be able to use only one filter/parameter and record each product insertion, thus adding all the entries.
In PowerApps there is the possibility of generating a table from the "collect" command, I would like something similar in Power BI
it would be like saving the information in a variable, or something like that.
Thanks.

Hi, @egrellert
According to your description, you want to store some of the temporary data tables you want in Power BI, first your temporary data table can be a fixed value or a value that is calculated based on the current data.
You can use DAX to generate a dynamic calculated table("New Table") that is calculated from the data, but there is no way this table can be filtered by slicers. If you want to be filtered by filters, you can create a measure and then use var to define variables for virtual tables in the measure("New measure") to save the temporary data or table you need.
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
