Hey so I have a question regarding the new workspaces. Is it possible to share externally for a limited time? I know I can add guest users through the tenant settings but is there an option to give a guest user or external user a limited time invite? I'm trying to avoid managing accounts that will really only need access for a few weeks. Thanks!

It is unavailable to set a limited time for a external share. There is no option to automatically make a guest user invalid after some time. I'd like to suggest you post a new idea in Idea Forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI for making this feature coming sooner.

Those sources are great, and I understand that access can be granted and revoked. What I was wondering is if there is an API or some other way to grant temp access, otherwise external users will have to constantly be managed. The ideal would be to grant them temp access that automatically expires after an alloted time (preferribly one set by workspace admin).

You can embed to a website and use credentials there to manage it (or take the site down).

Most of our content is confidential and so embedding to a website isn't a viable option for my organization. Preferribly, it would be something that a tenant admin or workspace admin could grant to external users through app sharing.
